• We won't go to reservation and risk our clients' money if the development has any question marks. In fact we turn down over 60% of the developments we negotiate on because our stringent criteria has not been met
• We work very closely with our clients providing excellent and ongoing support
• We never encourage clients to purchase property that is unsuitable or not affordable
• We don't accept credit cards, as we want to ensure clients can afford the properties
• We do not offer our clients such properties that are complete or near completion (anything under 12 months), as this ultimately will not provide sufficient growth potential.
